Cellular Memory

Cells floating in the sky with the light shining on them

Science, Shadows and Love

Cellular memory is the idea that our cells store information about our past experiences, emotions, and traumas. According to some theories, cellular memory can activate different vibrational frequencies in our body, which affect our health, mood, and behavior.

For example, if we have a cellular memory of fear or pain, it can lower our vibrational frequency and make us more susceptible to illness and negativity.

On the other hand, if we have a cellular memory of joy or love, it can raise our vibrational frequency and make us more resilient and positive.

Shadow work assist us in becoming aware of our cellular memory and identifying any negative or limiting patterns. Acknowledgement of low vibrations within helps to understand behaviors that limit our potential.

Entering Subconscious Realms

Through focus and consciously sitting within our emotionally charged body of energy, we find ourselves placed amongst our subconscious realms.

While in this subconscious realm we can target and view cellular patterns to understand how they play out. It is relayed to us in flavors of feelings, visions of memories, metaphoric symbols that all give us a sense of knowing what we are connecting to.

We are looking within to connect to our inner perspective that is held within our cellular memory.

This is an evolutionary skill that has been carried out by individuals throughout our existence. Gaining such clarity is known as an awakening.

Light to dark

Now that we understand that our cells store information that affects our gene expression and cellular functions, do they carry different levels of light?

According to some theories, cellular memory can be understood by the amount of light within the cell, which reflects the state of the chromatin structure and the epigenetic modifications. Chromatin is the complex of DNA and proteins that forms the chromosomes in the cell nucleus. Epigenetic modifications are chemical changes that affect how genes are read and expressed, without altering the DNA sequence.

When the chromatin is open and relaxed, light is able to enter the cell and more genes to can be activated. This corresponds to a positive cellular memory, such as joy or love, that enhances our well-being and vibrational frequency.

When the chromatin is closed and condensed, it blocks the light from entering the cell and silences the genes. This corresponds to a negative cellular memory, such as fear or pain, that lowers our well-being and vibrational frequency. Some cellular memory is dark, repressed, and hidden from our conscious view. This means that some traumatic experiences or emotions are stored in our cells, but we are not aware of them or their effects on our health and behavior.

These dark cellular memories can be triggered by external stimuli or internal cues. This causes us to react in ways that we do not understand or control. By becoming aware of our cellular memory and healing it, we can change the amount of light within our cells and improve our conscious state of being.

By moving into our cellular memory, understanding and accepting the conditions we have experienced, and consciously offering light and unconditional love, we are able to lift ourselves out of restricted states of being and transform cellular structure to lighten up. We create an epigenetic event.

Cellular Clusters Form Parts, Beings and Entities

Emotionally programmed cellular clusters are groups of cells that have been imprinted with a specific emotional pattern or program. These programs can be inherited from our ancestors, acquired from our environment, or created by our own thoughts and feelings. These cellular clusters can take on the form of an entity that represents the flavour of the emotional program, such as an animal, a symbol, or a person.

For example, a cellular cluster programmed with anger might manifest as a lion, a fire, or a tyrant. These entities can influence our behavior, health, and relationships, either positively or negatively, depending on the nature of the emotional program.

Through Shadow Work we can reveal these entities and their effects. We can understand and transform them with love, light and acceptance. We can then create new emotional programs that serve us in a beneficial way.

Generational Trauma

Generational trauma is the theory that traumatic experiences of our ancestors can affect our genes and our health. According to some studies, trauma can cause epigenetic changes, which are modifications in how our DNA is read and expressed. These changes can be passed down to future generations, altering their cellular memory and their susceptibility to certain diseases.

For example, researchers found that children of Holocaust survivors had lower levels of cortisol, a hormone that helps cope with stress, than children of non-survivors. This suggests that trauma can leave a lasting imprint on our DNA and our cellular memory, influencing our physical and mental well-being.

Why New Cells Take on the Same Vibration of Those Around It

New cells are constantly being generated in our body, especially in the brain, where neurogenesis occurs throughout life. These new cells take on the memory and vibration of the cells they have formed next to, through a process called epigenetic inheritance.

Epigenetic inheritance is the transmission of information from one cell to another that is not encoded in the DNA sequence, but rather in the chemical modifications of the DNA or the proteins that bind to it. These modifications affect how genes are expressed and regulate cellular functions. By taking on the memory and vibration of the neighboring cells, new cells can adapt to their environment and maintain the identity and function of the tissue they belong to.

Without turning this post into a complex biology description, chromatin in our cells can be relaxed or condensed and epigenetics determines what new cells will form as. This creates clusters of resonating or repulsing cells within our body. These clusters hold a vibration that can vibrate as an pattern. These patterns can be viewed as a memory or a metaphor.

We can alter these patterns by meeting the vibration in a window of synapse activation.
