What is Truth?

Discovering new realities through understanding what is shadow work

Searching For Truth

Truth is a complex and subjective concept that can be understood from different perspectives. In this post, I will explore how our truth is influenced by our environment, our memory, and our perception.

Environment and Memory

Our environment is the external setting where we experience various events and situations.

Our memory is the internal storage of these experiences in our subconscious mind. According to Caroline Myss medical psychic and author of ‘Anatomy of the Spirit’, our memory patterns relate to cellular structure throughout our body .

Our environment and our memory are closely related, as the former shapes the latter.

For example, a memory related to a family environment is stored within the back. Family represents a strong and supportive framework. While a memory corresponding to moving forward in life is stored within the legs.

Our memory can also be compounded and conditioned by repeated or similar experiences in a given environment. For instance, a series of loving moments create nurturing energy memories, while conflict will create painful memories.

Perception and Reality

Our sensory perception interprets our environment through connection to our subconscious memory patterns. This process determines whether we have a pleasant or unpleasant experience in a given situation.

Our perception also creates our reality, which is our personal understanding of what is true.

However, our reality is not the same as the objective truth, which is independent of our perception. Our reality is different for each of us, as we all have different subconscious memories, and a different understanding of any given environment.

This can be seen when we observe people reacting differently to the same environment. We all perceive life differently and conclude a different truth.

Reprogramming and Creation

Sometimes, our reality may not be desirable or satisfying for us. We may face uncomfortable or challenging environments that trigger negative memories and perceptions. In such cases, we may want to change our reality and create a better one.

One way to do this is to reprogram our subconscious memory, which is the source of our conditioned responses. By reprogramming our memory, we can change our perception and our reality. We can become the creators of our own reality in any given environment.

We may not be able to physically change the setting, but we can change the way we perceive it.

However, reprogramming our memory can also be seen as telling a lie. By altering our memory, are we living a lie? Or, are we meant to learn how to become the creators of our perceived reality?

Material and Non-Material Dimensions

Another way to approach the question of truth is to consider the different dimensions of existence.

One dimension is the material one, which consists of our physical body and the material platform that we live on.

Another dimension is the non-material one, which consists of our mind, memory, and perception.

The material dimension has a tangible truth that cannot be altered by reprogramming. There are some things that we cannot change in the material world, such as the laws of nature or the facts of history.

The non-material dimension has a subjective truth that can be altered by accessing memories and creating different approaches to the story that is presented. There are some things that we can change in the non-material world, such as our beliefs or our feelings.

Therefore, truth can be questioned and have different answers within different dimensions. The material truth is objective and universal, while the non-material truth is subjective and personal.

Conclusion

In conclusion, truth is a multifaceted and relative concept that depends on various factors, such as our environment, our memory, our perception, and our dimension.

Our truth is not fixed or absolute, but dynamic and flexible. We can explore, challenge, and change our truth, as long as we are aware of the consequences and the limitations.

Ultimately, our truth is what we make of it.
