Love is How to Reprogram a Subconscious Mind
By uncovering the parts of our subconscious mind, that has been hidden and neglected, we begin to light up the shadows within us.
The reasons we bury unwanted parts of us is variable. Not living up to the programmed subconscious expectations of others or ourselves has a major part to play with this behavior.
To uncover these parts, we have to look within us, and that is something that is not readily taught at school or by our parents. The reason is, most don’t know how to.
I offer guidance in two ways to get in touch and enter subconscious mind realms. Where you can turn your focus inward to unlock your subconscious mind.
The first is a ritual that involves engaging in energy work. Together we create the energetic fields that open our inner gateway. This is how I came to meet my world of self-esteem.
The second way is to enter and witness your emotional pattern. I can give you techniques to help you hold space and not become sidetracked by the chatter of your mind or the barrier of your own resistance.
These techniques activate the emotionally charged memory cells. The next important step is to understand how to change a subconscious mind.
- First we witness and acknowledge the triggered issues and limiting patterns playing out. This activates the relevant cells where the memory imprint is stored. A neural synapse transpires.
- Then we can nurture the cellular imprint that is releasing the emotional energy pattern back to health.
- We do this by patiently being there for ourselves. Allowing the pent-up emotion to express itself. Witness it and ask it questions. What happened? Why? Let the emotion know you care by expressing “I am here for you”. Allow the emotion to fully express itself.
- You will then offer back an understanding and acceptance of our own humanity, who we are and how we came to be in the situation or environment we have found ourselves in.
- We then bring forward forgiveness, empathy and love. This lifts the vibration and our subconscious memory along with our cellular pattern which is lifted with it.
The Colour of Love
Once I travelled to the world, that housed my self-esteem
A barren place of rock, with a large crack in the seam
As I peered into the cave, two eyes stared back at me
I jumped back with a fright, what creature could that be
Courage with fear stepped in, and there with squinted eyes
A monster of twisted metal, of quite a considerable size
Ugly, cold and aching, I knew of me t-was a piece
my self-esteem loathed as, a grey heavy metal beast
And because it was a part of me, I decided to sit for a while
And listen to the lengthy story, of why it did not smile
I acknowledged and understood, how life could mould this soul
A sense of feeling unworthy, a heart with a gaping hole
As I sat and held it’s hand, and voiced it not to worry
Because imperfections are normal, and for that I am truly sorry
But that’s the way it is, and I care for you none the less
So let’s just love each other, and try to accept this mess
when I felt that I opened my heart, and offered it to my friend
a transforming moment happened, as its body began to ascend
And the brilliant shafts of colour, adorned a new being with wings
In grace with glory it beamed, as one of the most beautiful things
As it flew it lifted my spirit, a sense of value came over my being
My life was worth every moment, my soul was worthy of seeing
Yes that’s what pure love can do, if a heart can open and shine
And direct it toward oneself, to heal self-esteem that was mine

Hi!
Awesome poem! I can also speak from experience what it’s like when you prioritize love. Ever since I made it one of the top priorities in my life I became a completely different person. And that includes self-love, self-acceptance and the the love towards our enemies as well. Live changing for the best.
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Cortes.
Great to connect with someone else who knows the value and potential that love offers.

Without love, what is life? Your poem is really well written and explains the importance of both having love in your life and loving yourself as everyone is worthy of love.
I think reprogramming the subconscious mind is the hardest part and takes time, effort and work, but if you keep working on it and reinforcing your beliefs, you will win yourself over in time.
Thanks Michel. Yes reprogramming the subconscious mind is a worthy task as it lifts your vibration, transforms limiting beliefs and instills love within. Vivien, again you have put your finger on something critical on our human journey! And I love your jaunty poem that speaks much more powerfully to the subconscious than prose! There seems to be no time in our frantic lives for self-compassion and yet that’s where it all starts! How can we love others properly if we don’t love our native self?
Mindfulness fits so well with your shadow work! Keep going for all you’re worth!
Blessings and Success.

So many people struggle with inner demons and they do not realize that they can tame these beasts, as they are not really demons, they are feelings that have been trapped and unresolved issues that pose as demons.
Not only was the article super enlightening, but the poem was brilliant!
I can only hope that all who need this message, find and read this article!
I am going through the techniques provided to try to release some of my trapped emotional baggage. Leaving some stuff behind doesn’t hurt.
